SERVICE COVERAGE & FEES · VERSION 1
Clear coverage.
Clear expectations.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, paid services are non-refundable after you accept the written service agreement and pay. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain protected.
1. Free consultation
One complimentary consultation of up to 20 minutes is available to discuss your stage of education, goals, immediate questions, upcoming deadlines, and which support may fit. It includes needs assessment and package matching, not application completion, document preparation, or ongoing advising. A request is not a confirmed booking until a time is agreed by email. There is no obligation to purchase.
2. Package coverage
| Service | Remote meetings | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| Free consultation | 1 × 20 minutes | Needs assessment and package fit |
| Genesis · $249.99 CAD | Up to 3 × 45 minutes | 30 calendar days |
| Exodus into UNI · $299.99 CAD | Up to 4 × 45 minutes | 60 calendar days |
| UNI 101 · $99.99 CAD | 1 × 60 minutes | Session + 7 days of email follow-up |
| Complete Path Bundle · $549.99 CAD | All 8 meetings · 6 hours 15 minutes total | 90 calendar days overall |
Each paid package covers one agreed target institution/program; academic planning covers one semester. The bundle includes the same limits and the listed meetings, with one overall 90-day period rather than three consecutive package windows. Meeting time is up to the stated limit; there are no unlimited calls or ongoing monitoring services.
For Genesis, Exodus and the bundle, the coverage period runs from the start date agreed in writing before payment. The written summary states the start date and final coverage date. For UNI 101, it states the session date and the seven-day follow-up end date. Paid preparation may begin on the agreed start date before the first meeting; this does not remove statutory cancellation rights.
Brief email clarification about the agreed tasks is included during the applicable period. New institutions, additional semesters, extra meetings, extensive new document work, or support outside the agreed scope require a separate written quote accepted before extra work begins. No extra fee is charged automatically.
3. Guidance and deliverables
Genesis meetings focus on: (1) requirements and readiness; (2) transcripts, personal details and student-account steps; and (3) remaining preparation tasks and handover.
Exodus meetings focus on: (1) application and registrar actions; (2) registration and enrollment; (3) relevant funding and tuition steps; and (4) a review of outstanding enrollment tasks. The order may change to match institutional deadlines. Student Aid Alberta guidance applies only where its eligibility requirements are relevant.
UNI 101 focuses on understanding the academic calendar, credits, prerequisites, course choices, and a practical first-semester plan. The bundle combines these areas without duplicating the free consultation as a paid session.
The package is a defined period of guidance, not a guarantee that an institution will process an application, approve funding, offer a course, or complete its own work within that period.
4. Non-refundable service fees
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, paid service fees are non-refundable after you accept the written service agreement and pay. This applies to voluntary cancellation, a change of mind, choosing not to proceed with your education plans, or leaving agreed sessions unused where Kingdom Pathways remains ready and able to provide the agreed service.
A decision by a university, registrar, funding agency, or other third party does not by itself create a refund entitlement where the agreed guidance has been provided. This does not excuse an inaccurate promise, misleading description, or failure by Kingdom Pathways to provide the agreed service.
The policy does not mean that the entire fee is automatically earned on receipt. It does not authorize Kingdom Pathways to keep funds when a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by law.
5. Rights preserved by law
Nothing in this policy waives, limits, or replaces rights under Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act, the Internet Sales Contract Regulation where it applies, or any other mandatory law that applies to the transaction.
Depending on the circumstances, legal cancellation or refund rights may arise from missing required disclosures, lack of an opportunity to accept/decline or correct errors before contracting, failure to provide the required contract copy, late commencement of services, or an unfair practice. Any refund required by law will be handled within the applicable legal deadline, without deductions that the law does not permit.
There is no requirement to give up a lawful complaint, payment-provider dispute, card reversal, or court remedy to use our service. Contacting us first may help resolve a concern, but it is not a condition that removes your legal rights.
6. Scheduling, rescheduling and attendance
Meetings are remote and scheduled by mutual agreement. Request a change at least 24 hours before the appointment. With that notice, the meeting can be moved within the coverage period, subject to availability, without a rescheduling fee.
For cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show, the meeting ordinarily counts toward the package if Kingdom Pathways was available at the agreed time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, the remaining meeting may be treated as missed. Contact us promptly about an emergency, accessibility need, or technical failure so we can consider a reasonable alternative; no medical documents are requested through the website form.
If Kingdom Pathways cancels or experiences its own technical failure, the meeting is not counted as used. We will arrange a replacement and extend coverage as needed to preserve the agreed support.
7. Coverage periods, delays and unused sessions
We agree on a realistic start date after discussing deadlines and document readiness. Please book your meetings and provide the information reasonably needed for the agreed tasks within the coverage period.
Unused meetings do not automatically roll over or create a voluntary cash refund after the stated end date, subject to your legal rights. If a documented institutional delay or a delay caused by Kingdom Pathways would prevent delivery of an agreed task, we will agree on a reasonable pause, extension, or other lawful resolution rather than treating the delay as a client no-show or silently forfeiting that support. Contact us before the end date where reasonably possible. Extensions and any additional scope are confirmed in writing; no undisclosed renewal fee applies.
These packages do not include multi-year monitoring through Grades 10–11 or completion of an upgrading course. The consultation can identify these needs; ongoing check-ins or a longer upgrading pathway require a separate written service scope and quote. Upgrading tuition and school services are not included.
8. If Kingdom Pathways cannot deliver
If we cannot provide an agreed service, we will notify you and discuss an appropriate alternative or rescheduling. You are not required to accept a substitute that the law does not permit us to impose. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, we will refund the undelivered portion, or the full amount where required by applicable law. This exception takes priority over the ordinary non-refundable rule.
9. Institutional costs, outcomes and your responsibilities
Our service fee does not include university application fees, tuition, transcript charges, identity-document fees, upgrading-course costs, or other third-party charges. The written summary must show the actual total payable to Kingdom Pathways, any applicable taxes, and separate institutional costs before purchase.
You remain responsible for reviewing information, approving submissions, meeting institutional deadlines, and making institutional payments. Keep passwords, verification codes, and financial account credentials private. Guidance does not guarantee admission, funding, grades, course availability, or immigration outcomes. Immigration advice and study-abroad placement are outside our services.
10. Concerns and cancellation notices
Telephone: (587) 333-6872.
Contact Faith Joy, Founder of Kingdom Pathways, at info.kingdompathways@gmail.com. To help locate your purchase, include your name, package, purchase date, and a brief description of the concern. Do not include card numbers or account passwords.
Email is a convenient contact method, but this policy does not restrict any notice method allowed by applicable law. A client does not need to use a special phrase or form to exercise a legal cancellation right. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and lawful; processor timing does not extend a legal deadline owed by Kingdom Pathways.
11. Before payment and contract records
We provide the package details, agreed dates, meeting arrangements, full price and costs, business contact details, and this policy before you decide to buy. You must be able to review the information, ask questions, decline the purchase, and correct errors before agreeing. A copy of your accepted agreement will be sent in a form you can keep within the time required by law.
A PayPal receipt alone may not contain every required contract disclosure. Existing clients are not switched to a later policy retrospectively without an appropriate agreement, and no agreement removes mandatory rights. For clients outside Alberta, mandatory protections in another jurisdiction may also apply.
